Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition, unused and unworn
• In the original packaging when possible
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom Items

Custom-made or personalized handmade decor items may have different return policies. We will discuss return options for custom items before completing your order. Custom items that have been specifically made to your specifications may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and authorization
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging when possible
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Custom items made to specific specifications (unless defective)
